Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and troubleshoot issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Document customer interactions and details accurately in the system.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively in a blended (voice and non-voice) setting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet performance metrics.
Background & Skills:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a voice or blended process.
