Job Description
RemoteVA PH is looking for a detail-oriented Donations Data Entry Specialist to support our nonprofit client by accurately recording monetary donations in LGL (Little Green Light) , a donation management software similar to QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Enter donation data into LGL with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update donation records in Excel
- Assist with responding to donor inquiries via phone and email
- Make follow-up calls when necessary
- Generate donation reports as required
Requirements
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks (or similar software)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication skills for handling donor calls and emails
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in donation management or nonprofit sector (preferred but not required)
