SCOPE OF WORK:

• Ensure door closer functions correctly and consistently.
• Identify and address potential issues before they lead to failures.
• Extend the lifespan of door closers and related components.
• Inspect the door closer and its mounting hardware for any visible signs of damage or wear, such as cracks, leaks, or loose parts.
• Ensure the door closer is properly aligned with the door and frame, and that it operates smoothly without obstruction.
• Open and close the door several times to test the door closer’s operation. Ensure the door closes fully and smoothly without sticking or slamming.
• Check the closing speed and latch speed adjustments. The door should close at a controlled speed and latch securely without excessive force.
