What you’ll do… 

• You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. 

• Deal with the coming and going of guests, whether that’s answering guest questions, guiding them through the property or giving directions in the neighbourhood we call home. 

• Jump in to help the team because teamwork is our middle name, and you’re a person who’s not afraid to wear multiple hats. 

• Show guests to their rooms, giving information and helping with any amenities. 

• Coordinating with front desk to manage guest luggage storage and handling guest luggage with care, as if it were your own. 

• Ensuring the lobby and entrance is kept tidy and presentable.
