Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dot Net Lead with strong expertise in C# and ReactJS to design and develop robust software solutions. As a Dot Net Lead, you will lead architectural decisions, create scalable applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications using C# and ReactJS.
• Lead architectural design discussions, ensuring high-performance and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the integration of front-end (ReactJS) with back-end (.NET Core/C#).
• Define and document technical specifications, architectural patterns, and design principles.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, and security standards.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing applications for better performance and scalability.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers.

Qualifications:

5 +years of experience in software development and architecture, with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS.

• Hands-on experience in building and deploying applications using modern web technologies.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
