Dot Net Specialist -C#,.NET,VB.net & VB UI technologies

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dot Net Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of experience in C#, .NET, , and VB UI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, system design, and customer-facing engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, designing robust technical solutions, and mentoring team members throughout project lifecycles. You will also take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality software solutions within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to analyze their business needs and design comprehensive technical solutions that align with their goals.
• Software Development & Delivery: Implement, document, and deliver high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET, , and related technologies.
• IIS Deployments: Manage IIS deployments and configurations to ensure smooth application delivery and uptime.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering growth through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met, progress is tracked, and status reports are provided regularly.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
• Governance & Best Practices: Apply industry best practices, Agile methodologies, and Oracle’s leading practices to ensure consistent delivery and quality control across all engagements.

Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, specializing in C#, .NET, , and VB UI technologies.
• Proven experience with IIS deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access for database management.
• Expertise in Crystal Reports for business reporting.
• Azure knowledge, including experience with compute, storage, and configuration management.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar development tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration.

Good-to-Have
• Experience with Oracle products and implementing Oracle technology solutions.
• Background in leading and managing project teams.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies beyond Azure (., AWS, GCP).
• Certifications related to .NET development, Azure, or Oracle technologies.
