Scope of Responsibility

Scope of Responsibility (mapped to the work packages)

  • Expand the high‑level service catalogue into a validated v1.0 with:
  • Vendor ↔ IT ↔ HR ↔ Country flows
  • Ownership annotations
  • Catalogue hierarchy (modular, internal, ITIL RUN, country profile)
  • Produce the end‑to‑end interface map
  • Ensure the catalogue aligns to:
  • Contract scope
  • OM & governance boundaries (Luis’ outputs)
WP5 – Interface Governance
  • Define interface ownership per flow (technical, functional, escalation, change, incident)
  • Align with IT Ops, HR PO, Vendor Mgmt
  • Produce the Interface Governance Sheet
WP6 – Performance & Data Baseline
  • Build the baseline pack (Payroll, Time, Interfaces)
  • Identify data feasibility & gaps
  • Prioritise themes for ADP workshops
  • Develop the KPI catalog...
