Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in software development, with demonstrable proficiency in C# development.
- Proven experience as a technical lead, successfully managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong technical solutioning skills with a track record of delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Proficiency in GIT for version control and familiarity with branching strategies.
- Experience with testing frameworks and automation tools to ensure software quality.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles; frame architecture experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows-related technologies and environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
