Project Background

• Mastek is responsible for the L3 support, development and enhancements of the client FAME applications comprising a collection of bought for/in-house developed systems using .Net and MS SQL that help to underpin key processes – namely supporting effective Monetary Policy. FAME Family is categorized as Tier 0, critical Bank services.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role involves providing third-line support (L3), which is the highest level of technical support. Responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, which require engineering expertise or software development (.Net, Devops pipelines, MS SQL, Grafana), and coordinating with third-party vendors for incident management, patches, and upgrades.
