Responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, which require engineering expertise or software development (.Net, Devops pipelines, MS SQL, Grafana), and coordinating with third-party vendors for incident management, patches, and upgrades.

• Providing 24/7 L3 support, including on-call duties, with coverage for out-of-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
