Job Description Job Specific Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Kofax, DSP, E2E reporting and Webstatus .net applications based on SQL server , deployed on Windows Server IIS.
  • Work on incidents, requests and problem tickets
  • Manage production deployments
  • Manage major incidents
  • Monitor Jobs and remediate any failures
  • Communicate and coordinate issue status effectively with users

  • Technical Skills and Proficiency
  • 5 to 7 years of Software experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .Net and SQL
