We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead and mentor development teams while driving high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage .NET development teams across projects
• Architect, design, and review scalable .NET solutions
• Collaborate with product, QA, and business stakeholders
• Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
• Drive agile processes and timely project delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in .NET / C# / ASP.NET / Web APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design
