DPR Consultant - IT Park & Government Projects

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced DPR Consultant / IT Infrastructure Policy Consultant to prepare and support the submission of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) to the Government.

The consultant will work closely with promoters and government departments to ensure the DPR aligns with IT & ITeS Policy requirements , and other applicable state guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a government-ready DPR for IT Park / IT infrastructure projects
• Conduct project feasibility, land requirement justification, and financial modeling
• Develop employment generation, investment, and implementation plans
• Ensure alignment with Telangana IT & ITeS Policy , and related schemes
• Coordinate with IT & Electronics Department , and other authorities as needed
• Support DPR submission, clarifications, and revisions until approval
• Assist in drafting official proposal letters, presentations, and concept notes
• Provide guidance on land allotment norms and government incentives

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DPR preparation for IT / Infrastructure / Industrial projects
• Proven experience working with Government IT Projects/Dept
• Strong understanding of state industrial & IT policies
• Experience in financial projections, employment modeling, and feasibility studies
• Prior involvement in IT Parks, SEZs, Tech Parks, or Industrial Parks preferred
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Background

• Ex-government consultants or retired officials with IT / infrastructure exposure
• Experience with Big 4, infrastructure advisory firms, or policy consultancies
• Familiarity with Hyderabad & Tier-2 locations is a plus
