DPT Peer Tutor

Overview


Tutor DPT Students covering material from specific courses determined by the DPT Director.


Responsibilities


+ Tutor students individually or in small groups

+ Review materials covered in class

+ Review homework assignments

+ Prepare students for exams

+ Communicate with instructors regarding student deficiencies and progress

+ Keep record of students tutored and materials utilized

+ Other related duties as assigned


Qualifications


Education/ Experience

+ Successful completion of at least one year of a DPT program

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

+ Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal) required

+ Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues preferred


Maximum Salary

USD $50.00/Hr.
