Drafter (1-2 Years Experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The Drafter will work closely with engineers and architects to create precise technical drawings and plans for a variety of construction and design projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and technical plans for architectural, structural, or mechanical projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret project requirements and develop accurate drafts.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure all drafts meet client specifications and standards while adhering to project timelines.
• Maintain organized records of all design drawings and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role and good hands-on experience in using MS Office, AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Relevant technical or associate diploma/degree (e.g., in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering) is preferred.
• Singaporean/PR are preferred.
