A well‑established multidisciplinary property consultancy in Perth's Western Suburbs is seeking a capable Drafter/ Senior Drafter to join its growing Planning, Spatial and Delivery team. Working alongside an experienced draftsperson, you’ll play a key role in preparing high‑quality drafting outputs that support subdivision, planning, and development projects across Perth and regional Western Australia.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and draft Subdivision Plans, Master Plans, LDPs, Subdivision Designs, Feature Surveys, and related development documentation. Undertake planning and development research, including reviewing R‑Codes, policies and scheme requirements.
