Drafter

Job scope:

• Create fresh designs and layouts according to clients' needs
• Present concepts to clients clearly and professionally
• Create technical drawings for renovation projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure renovation projects complete on time, and within standards

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
• Good eye for design (styling, colour palettes, furniture combination etc)
• Good command of English
• Ability to build rapport with people
• Some experience with Autocad or other renovation software good to have
• Work timing: Monday to Friday (930am to 6pm), and occasionally on weekends
