THE ROLE
As a Drafting Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all drafting activities related to the design and construction of FRP and steel structures. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of 2D and 3D drawings by reviewing detailed fabrication drawings, checking 3D models, and leading a team of drafters. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project drafting requirements are met and aligned with design standards and construction needs.
