Drafting Lead

Overview

Averton is an experienced and award-winning homebuilder, community developer and construction management company. We’re looking to add an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to our Edmonton team to aid in the creation of innovative, accurate and consistent plans for our current and future projects. This role will play a key part in executing the company’s drafting efforts by creating plans for site analysis through to unit-specific plans, and by supporting management with drafting initiatives and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Complete drafting and design tasks for current projects assigned by the Project or Production Manager
• Lead and maintain Averton company drafting standards and standard operating procedures
• Stay up to date with software updates and new software options that may be available
