Should have more than 4 years of experience to handle 200+ users as system administrator
The Approval Design Engineer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and obtaining statutory approvals for building plans from authorities such as CMDA/DTCP/GCC and other statutory bodies, ensuring full compliance with applicable building bye-laws and master plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is an added advantage)
Understanding of Occupancy Certificate (OC) and Completion Certificate procedures
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet approval timelines
