ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with a strong background in architectural and interior working drawings . The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of independently handling complex drawings while coordinating with architects, designers, and consultants.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Develop GFC drawings , joinery details, ceiling layouts, flooring, elevations, sections, and construction details
Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, HVAC, and lighting consultants
Ensure drawings comply with design intent, site conditions, and construction standards
Review and update drawings based on site feedback and revisions
