About the Role
Our client is a well-established custom home builder with a strong reputation across Western and South-West Sydney for delivering high-quality, design-driven residential projects. With a growing pipeline of over 150 homes currently underway, they are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join their collaborative pre-construction team.
The position works closely with sales, pre-construction, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure designs are buildable, compliant, and delivered within agreed timeframes. Senior Draftspersons will also mentor junior team members and conduct compliance and constructability checks on sales documentation.
