Draughtsman

The role involves preparing accurate technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring timely approvals for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural, structural, MEP, and construction drawings.

• Create layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

• Coordinate with architects, structural/MEP consultants, and design partners for revisions and clarifications.

• Track consultant deliverables and maintain documentation of drawings and communication.

• Issue latest approved drawings to site, maintain revision logs, and support site teams with drawing queries.

• Ensure drawings comply with regulatory norms and approval requirements.

• Support in BOQ/quantity take-offs and statutory submission documents as needed.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong AutoCAD and drafting skills.

• Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills.

• Knowledge of real estate approvals is an added advantage.
