Job Description
Job Purpose
The Drawing Coordinator is responsible for planning, controlling, coordinating, and maintaining all project drawings and technical documents , ensuring that latest approved drawings are issued to site and consultants and that execution strictly follows approved designs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drawing Management & Control
Coordinate preparation, review, revision, and issue of all architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Maintain drawing registers , revision history, and document control logs
Ensure only latest approved “Issued for Construction (IFC)” drawings are used at site
Withdraw and archive obsolete drawings
2. Inter-Disciplinary Coordination
Coordinate between architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site execution teams
Identify and resolve drawing clashes, discrepancies, and constructability issues
Organize and lead drawing coordination meetings
