Driller

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Driller to join our underground mining team. Reporting to the Drilling Supervisor, the Driller will be responsible for executing drilling operations efficiently while maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure a safe working environment, as directed by the Supervisor
• Interpret and work from engineering prints and layouts
• Operate top hammer or ITH long hole drills to execute drilling plans
• Install services and prepare drill sites for operations
• Assist in long hole blasting and other drilling-related tasks
• Perform general underground mining duties as required

Qualifications

• Full Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core is required
