Position - Drilling Fluids Plant Operator –Prudhoe Bay, AK
Location: 100 Spine Rd, Prudhoe Bay, Alaska 99734
Duration: 10+ months (long-term contract)
Pay Rate: $22 –$24/hr
Preference: Alaska residents only
Role Overview
The MI Fluids Plant Operator supports drilling operations by safely blending, handling, and delivering drilling fluid products to well sites. This role is hands-on and focused on bulk plant operations, quality control, safety compliance, and logistics coordination in a highly regulated oil & gas environment.
Key Responsibilities
Blend and mix bulk drilling fluid products according to job program requirements
Calculate and verify material quantities before loading
