Drive Test Coordinator

We are looking for a Drive Test Coordination Engineer to manage and coordinate drive test teams, ensuring efficient execution of field activities and high-quality data collection. This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on telecom knowledge, and the ability to work closely with RF teams and drive testers to support network optimization activities. Must have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of Drive Test teams, assigning routes and locations based on team availability, geographic positioning, and project priorities.
• Work closely with local RF teams to understand site and cluster status and plan drive routes accordingly, considering site outages or maintenance schedules.
