Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze new driver activity and performance during the initial 21-day period
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost new driver engagement and productivity
  • Collaborate with fleet managers to provide support to new drivers-members
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in early driver performance data and recommend improvements
  • Communicate regularly with new drivers through calls, messages, and emails to ensure ongoing motivation and clarity on expectations
  • Assist in the creation of educational content and onboarding materials tailored to early-stage driver needs

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in activation and onboarding
  • A track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Skilled in generating and presenting data/reports to stakeholders, including the executive team
