Job Description

Position Summary:The Driver / Material Handler is responsible for safely transporting materials and parts between local company buildings and assisting with material handling tasks within our facilities. This role supports production, warehouse, and manufacturing operations by ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials in a controlled aerospace environment.This position does not require a CDL and involves local driving only.Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a non-CDL company truck to transport materials between nearby company buildings and facilities
  • Load, secure, unload, and stage materials to prevent damage, especially composite and aerospace-grade materials
  • Perform material handling tasks including moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
  • Verify materials, quantities, and documentation during transfers
  • Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace compliance procedures (FOD, handling requirements,
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Assist warehouse and production teams as needed (organization, staging, inventory support)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work and vehicle environment
    • Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience driving box trucks or non-CDL commercial vehicles preferred
  • Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening 
  • Must be . citizen

  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or composite materials environments
