  • Monitor driver sentiments, and produce regular reportings
  • Monitor competitive driver sentiments and competitor driver policies
  • Organize feedback channels, events and communication campaigns to improve driver sentiments
  • Monitor community sentiment and provide insights to improve policies and programs
  • Support retention efforts through proactive driver outreach and education

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • 1-3 year of experience in driver operations or logistic operations is preferred
