We are hiring a Driver Recruiter / Driver Engagement Specialist to help build and support our U.S.-based driver network. This role owns the full driver lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding and ongoing engagement—working closely with Operations and Dispatch to ensure consistent driver supply and performance.

This is a fully remote role, aligned with U.S. business hours .
