Driver Service Representative (Disptacher)

We are currently looking for a Driver Services Representative (DSR) to our team at our Edmonton Distribution Centre! This position reports to the Supervisor, Deck Operations and will be responsible to effectively plan and dispatch the Alberta based drivers and Owner Operators from the Edmonton/Sherwood Park Yard. The DSR coordinates deck and liquid over-the-road freight movement and operational requirements by collaborating and problem solving with drivers, customer service, projects, and yard operations. Daily and ongoing communication with drivers and owner/operators is a key responsibility in effectively executing freight movement, achieving customer expectations, and maximizing asset utilization. The DSR updates, confirms, and approves driver documents, asset status information and system information.
