The Opportunity:
- Driver Trainer at a Growth-Oriented Energy Company.
- Work with a cohesive team to serve a small community.
- Reporting to the Trucking Manager, plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities for drivers. Conduct and supervise training and develop programs for drivers to improve and maintain safety standards, improve employees' skills, and build morale. Train drivers on company policies, procedures, Department of Transportation (DOT) and other governmental regulations. Perform periodic and annual check rides, Defensive Driver Training and assist with incident investigations with both Professional and Non-professional drivers assigned to company vehicles.
- You’ll also supervise the Dispatch Operations. Ensure operational efficiencies from the Dispatch Team such that customer orders are fulfilled, and account inventories are maintained appropriately.
