Job Description
Ferrous Processing and Trading (FPT) is one of North America’s premier processors, buyers, sellers, and recyclers of scrap metals of all kinds and is a key supplier to the metals industry of North America. FPT is a wholly-owned business of Cleveland-Cliffs, has an immediate opportunity for a Driver CDL at our FPT Willoughby Iron & Waste operation. The driver position is responsible for transporting steel and scrap according to DOT regulations with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Completes daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
+ Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, as well as all local, state, and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle
