We’re Hiring: Dry Cargo Broker

Location: Delhi

Experience: 4–5 years

Salary: Negotiable (commensurate with experience)

We are looking for an experienced Dry Cargo Broker to join our growing maritime team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on exposure to dry private cargoes and a solid

understanding of the dry bulk market.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle end-to-end broking of dry private cargoes

-Develop and maintain relationships with charterers, shipowners, and operators

-Negotiate charter party terms and commercial contracts

-Track market trends, freight rates, and cargo movements

-Coordinate fixtures and post-fixture operations

-Ensure timely communication and deal closure

Key Requirements

-4–5 years of experience in the maritime/shipping industry

-Proven experience working on dry private cargoes

-Strong negotiation and commercial skills

-Good market knowledge of dry bulk trade lanes

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
