Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle management of dry etching equipment, including technical assessment, selection, installation, phase-in, integration, tuning, and maintenance
  • Build and manage a team focused on dry etching equipment, enhancing team structure and fostering growth in technological competitiveness
  • Provide strategic insights and planning for manufacturing equipment, staying aligned with industry trends and preparing for key technological advancements
  • Manage equipment upgrades, modifications, and alternative sourcing to improve overall efficiency, stability, and throughput, while addressing significant technological challenges

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field within the semiconductor industry
