Skill Creations is a human services agency that operates three service divisions. The ICF Division provides specialized long-term residential care to 191 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in 15 different towns in North Carolina. About the Organization Our company was incorporated in 1984 within the State of North Carolina, and opened its doors for business in August of 1985.
