We’re looking for a (Full-time) Supervisor for our DSW banner (Premium Outlet Collection) who will put their best foot forward. As a (Full-time) Supervisor , you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, promoting inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible for role-modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.
