Shift: Evening shifts (7:00 AM–4:00 PM / 1:30 PM–10:30 PM)

Role Summary:


The D&T Analyst II – Master Data Operations is responsible for executing and governing SAP Material Master data processes to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and compliance with global standards. The role partners with business, data stewards, and technology teams to support day-to-day operations, lead process improvements, and enable successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and govern SAP Material Master data, including mass updates and workflow processing.

  • Ensure SLA adherence, operational stability, and resolution of data and system issues.

  • Monitor data quality KPIs and collaborate with Data Stewards on issue resolution.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support system enhancements related to master data.

  • Guide team members and support training, documentation, and change management activities.

  • Partner with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.

    • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant SAP Master Data experience.

  • Strong expertise in SAP Material Master (MM01/MM02/MM03, LSMW, SE16, WinShuttle).

  • Experience in data governance, data quality, and global business processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in global teams, and drive service excellence.

  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and exposure to MDM/MDG preferred.
