Role Summary:


The D&T Analyst I supports ecommerce content publishing and digital asset management to ensure accurate, high-quality product information across retailer platforms. The role partners with business and technology teams to improve processes, manage product data, and enable efficient content delivery aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish and audit product content across multiple ecommerce retailer platforms.

  • Perform web checks to ensure correct content is live for the right products.

  • Manage digital assets in the Mojo DAM system, including uploads, metadata tagging, and workflow management.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process optimization.

  • Track metrics, update documentation, and support reporting activities.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, business users, and vendors to resolve data issues and improve product information workflows.

  • Assist in discovery, user story creation, training, and change management activities.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • Experience as an Analyst on technology or digital implementation projects.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to PIM/MDM systems, ecommerce syndication, or GDSN standards.

  • Experience with tools such as ScreenDragon, Adobe Workfront, Mojo, Aprimo, Monday, or data syndication platforms (e.g., Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Salsify).

  • Reporting and analytics experience.
