DTIC-CAC-2025-24 - Research support position - Specialist support technician

This position will help the Full-Body Interaction Lab with the management of the Lab and the technical support to the different projects that are running in the Lab, especially those related to social inclusion of children with autism spectrum condition.

The research support tech will help with:

· Preparation and maintenance of Lab equipment to perform development and user trials

· Control of Lab access and usage

· Support to user trials both in and outside the Lab using our transportable Mixed Reality Systems

· Developing full-body interactive experiences for our MR systems

· D printing of parts needed for the physical interfaces

· Support to educational activities performed in the lab related to the technologies and projects undertaken in the Lab

The duration of these tasks is estimated over a period of 9 months.
