- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, manage front desk operations, coordinate office facilities, maintenance and utilities, handle couriers business cards and storage room scheduling. Ensure compliance with health safety initiatives.
Strong communication interpersonal skills are required along with proficiency in MS Office inventory vendor management systems excellent organizational time management abilities. 2-4 years of experience in office administration or facilities coordination preferred. ,
