Dubai Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and resolve issues efficiently.

Prior Job Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.


Job Requirements:
    Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), conflict resolution abilities, problem-solving skills,
    team player attitude, time management.
The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Culture Awareness , negotiation techniques and managing workload effectively.
