We at Coforge are hiring Duck Creek Policy Business Analyst with the following skillset:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for Duck Creek Policy implementation/enhancements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and configuration guides.
Validate and map requirements to Duck Creek capabilities (Author, Forms, Rating, Manuscript).
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect triage for Policy transactions.
Support product configuration for NB, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, Rewrites, etc.
Act as SME for P&C insurance processes and Duck Creek Policy life...
