Job Description
Are you a Dutch speaker who enjoys helping others and solving problems? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our on-site team in various customer-facing positions across departments.
This is an on-site customer support role based in Athens, Greece, where you will assist Dutch-speaking customers on behalf of a well-known international brand. The work involves supporting customers across a variety of inquiries via multiple channels of communication.
What You Will Do
- Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat (orders, payments, deliveries, complaints)
- Provide high-level customer care and go the extra mile to resolve issues
- Collaborate with a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Native or near-native level in Dutch
- Good English communication (B2 level)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Must be able to relocate to and work on-site in Athens, Greece
