On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will support customers with inquiries related to vehicles, mobility services, warranties, repairs and assistance programs. You will play an important role in ensuring drivers and vehicle owners receive timely, accurate, and customer-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch.
- Provide information about vehicles, service appointments, warranties and mobility assistance.
- Support customers with roadside assistance requests and coordinate with service partners where needed.
- Assist with account-related questions and escalate complex technical cases when required.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
