Schedule: Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
Contract: Full-time

Languages required: Dutch (C2) + English (B1/B2)
About The Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the support team of a well-known motorcycle brand in Lisbon.
If you enjoy helping customers, have an interest in motorcycles or automotive brands, and value a stable weekday schedule, this is a great opportunity to work in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
Assist customers with product information, orders, after-sales support, and general inquiries.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.
