About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch or Danish speaking professional to join our international team in Barcelona. This role combines customer support and sales-oriented communication, working with customers across the European market in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch or Danish

  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction

  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions

  • Support sales activities such as upselling or retention when relevant

  • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch OR Danish

  • Fluent English (working language)

  • Previous experience in customer support, sales, or account management

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • EU work permit or eligibility to work in Spain
