Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently handle customer requests and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies to assist customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions to enhance service quality and streamline processes.
- Contribute to team goals and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complaints effectively and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
