You will play a crucial role in helping clients understand and utilize smart home products, ensuring a seamless experience in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to smart home products, services, and installation processes via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide detailed product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general customer support regarding smart home technology.
- Guide customers through setup and usage of smart home devices to maximize their functionality.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest smart home technology trends and product updates to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills combined with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
